What happened

The Klarna for WooCommerce plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to authorization bypass in all versions up to, and including, 4.13.3 This is due to the plugin not properly verifying that a user is authorized to perform an action.

This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to access any order's secret order_key and full billing and shipping PII — including first name, last name, email address, phone number, street address, postcode, city, region, and country — emitted inline as the klarna_payments_params JavaScript variable, enabling full store-wide order enumeration.

Because WooCommerce order IDs are sequential integers and no order_key or authenticated session is required, every order in the store can be trivially enumerated with sequential GET requests to the order-pay endpoint.

About this data

This record was ingested from a data source. Retrieved: Oct 27, 2026, 04:06 UTC. Ingestion is not an independent editorial investigation.

NVD status: Deferred. Publication in the NVD is not evidence of exploitation.

Looked up on demand from NVD because this CVE is outside the regularly tracked set (older, or rated below HIGH). It is not in CISA's Known Exploited Vulnerabilities catalog as of the last ingestion.

A CISA KEV listing documents known exploitation, not necessarily a zero-day; absence from the catalog does not prove a vulnerability has never been exploited.

Technology tags indicate possible relevance, not verified exposure. Confirm the affected product, version, and configuration against your own inventory; KEVWire does not scan your systems.

A personal reading checklist on this device, not verified remediation.
