What happened

An unauthenticated administrative access vulnerability exists in the open-source HashTech project (https://github.com/henzljw/hashtech) 1.0 thru commit 5919decaff2681dc250e934814fc3a35f6093ee5 (2021-07-02). Due to missing authentication checks on /admin_index.php, an attacker can directly access the admin dashboard without valid credentials.

This allows full administrative control including viewing/modifying user accounts, managing orders, changing payments, and editing product listings. Successful exploitation can lead to information disclosure, data manipulation, and privilege escalation.

About this data

This record was ingested from a data source. Retrieved: Nov 5, 2026, 00:26 UTC. Ingestion is not an independent editorial investigation.

NVD status: Analyzed. Publication in the NVD is not evidence of exploitation.

A CISA KEV listing documents known exploitation, not necessarily a zero-day; absence from the catalog does not prove a vulnerability has never been exploited.

Technology tags indicate possible relevance, not verified exposure. Confirm the affected product, version, and configuration against your own inventory; KEVWire does not scan your systems.

A personal reading checklist on this device, not verified remediation.
